Step-by-Step: Download Ticket Report with Coupon Codes
- Log into your Eventbrite account at eventbrite.com.
- Go to your event dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, click “Reports”.
- Select “Event Reports” (or “Attendee Summary” if that appears).
- Use the filters at the top to:
- Choose the correct event date
- Set the ticket type and order status (e.g., Completed)
- Click “Customize Columns” (⚙️ gear icon).
- Make sure to enable these columns:
- Coupon code
- Discount name
- Ticket type
- Purchase date
- Attendee name and email
- Order number
- Make sure to enable these columns:
