Part 1: How to Resize Images on a Phone (iPhone or Android)

On iPhone

Download the Image Size app from the App Store

Open the app and follow these steps:

  1. Tap the image icon to select your photo
  2. Set the long side to 1500px 
  3. Make sure “Maintain Aspect Ratio” is ON
  4. Tap the Download or Save button
    ✅ Your resized image is now ready to upload

On Android

Download the Photo Resizer app from the Play Store

Open the app and follow these steps:

  1. Tap “Select Photo” and choose your image
  2. Tap Custom Resize
  3. Enter 1500px as the long side
  4. Save the resized copy
    ✅ The new file is now optimized for web upload

On Mac

Use the built-in Preview app:

  1. Right-click your image and select Open With > Preview
  2. Click Tools > Adjust Size
  3. Enter a long side of 1500px
  4. Make sure “Scale proportionally” is checked
  5. Click OK, then File > Save
    ✅ Your image is now resized and saved

On Windows PC

Use the built-in Photos app:

  1. Right-click the image > Open with > Photos
  2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right
  3. Select Resize > Define custom dimensions
  4. Enter 1500px as the long side
  5. Save the new version
    ✅ You’re ready to upload this optimized image

✅ Ideal file size: under 300KB for faster load times
✅ Use .JPG for photos and .PNG for logos/graphics
