How to Set Up Your Google Calendar Booking Link

Go to calendar.google.com and log in with your Google Workspace account (this wonโ€™t work with a personal Gmail).

Click the Create button in the top left corner and select Appointment schedule.

Add a title for your schedule (e.g., โ€œBook a Strategy Call with Alexโ€).

Set the following:

  • Duration of each meeting (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes)
  • Available days/times people can book
  • Choose recurring availability or customize per date

Click Next to customize more settings:

  • Set how far in advance people can book
  • Add buffer time between appointments
  • Turn on or off email verification for bookers
  • Keep Google Meet enabled for automatic video conferencing

Copy your booking link (e.g., https://calendar.google.com/book/[yourlink]) and share it via email, website, or DMs.

  • Go to your calendar.

  • Scroll to Adjusted availability and click Change dateโ€™s availability.
