Refund and Cancellation Policy

Winning Team Marketing provides a variety of marketing, consulting, website, advertising, SEO, hosting, software, and related professional services. Because the scope, timeline, and deliverables vary by client, refund and cancellation terms are governed primarily by each client’s signed agreement.

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms of your signed agreement with Winning Team Marketing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in your contract:

• Fees for professional services already performed are non-refundable.
• Setup, implementation, onboarding, configuration, strategy, consulting, creative, and custom work are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• Subscription-based services, including but not limited to hosting, website maintenance, legal policy services, software subscriptions, and similar recurring services, are subject to the refund terms outlined in your individual agreement.

If a refund is approved under your agreement, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy
Certain recurring services may be canceled. Cancellation terms, notice requirements, and effective dates vary based on the service and are defined in your signed agreement.

Because different services have different billing structures and vendor commitments, there is no universal cancellation period that applies to every client.

Examples of services that may have contract-specific cancellation terms include:

• Monthly marketing retainers
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Privacy policy subscription services
• Other recurring subscription services

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing using the contact information below.

Contract Controls
If there is any difference between this policy and your signed agreement, your signed agreement will control.
